By purchasing any plan on rankwithme.digital or contacting us to initiate services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

RankWithMe provides SEO consulting services as described in the four plans available on this website (SEO Sprint, SEO Momentum, SEO Ascent, and SEO Authority). The exact deliverables for each plan are described on the pricing page and will be confirmed in writing via WhatsApp or email prior to the start of services.

3. Payment

• All plans are billed in full upfront for the duration of the engagement
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Invoices are issued upon payment confirmation

4. Refund policy

Due to the nature of consulting work, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. If you wish to cancel before any work has started, please contact us within 48 hours of payment for a full refund. After that period, no refunds will be issued.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to the tools and accounts required for service delivery (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, CMS, etc.). Delays caused by lack of access may affect timelines and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

6. SEO results disclaimer

SEO results depend on many factors outside our direct control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and website history. We commit to best-practice execution and transparent reporting, but we do not and cannot guarantee specific ranking positions or traffic increases.

7. Intellectual property

All strategies, reports, and deliverables produced during the engagement are delivered for your use. You retain ownership of your website content. We retain the right to reference the general nature of our work (without disclosing confidential data) for portfolio purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RankWithMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable plan.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 7 days written notice. In case of early termination by the client, no refund will be issued for work already delivered. In case of termination by RankWithMe due to client breach of these terms, the same applies.
